ABOUT KATE

Kate arrived in the Cayman Islands in 1989 as a scuba diving instructor. Like so many other long-time Cayman residents, she planned to stay for just three months, and, as they say, the rest is history! Kate moved from life underwater to a successful 20-year career in advertising sales for both radio and magazine publications on the island. During that time, through her ability to listen and hear her clients’ needs, she produced excellent results and forged many long-term business relationships and friendships, which have carried through to her real estate successes.

Kate’s other passion is also her other career as a professional violinist, playing for weddings and performing in venues around the island. Music plays such as important part in her life, and she loves having the opportunity to share her music with others. Kate finds synergies with both professions as she gets to work with some amazing and interesting people from all over the world, and whether it’s helping them find the perfect music for their wedding, or finding the perfect dream home, she believes these are momentous occasions in people’s lives and it’s such an honour to be part of them.

Since the global pandemic, Kate has successfully managed to translate several of her virtual showings into significant sales. She’s organised, out-going, and loves a challenge! She enjoys working with people and finding the best possible outcome for the goal they are trying to achieve.
