Patty is an award-winning, top producing agent with Cayman Islands Sotheby’s International Realty. With a strong background in construction management and project development combined with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Patty can provide invaluable guidance in the smallest real estate transactions up to and including large scale developments.

Patty believes buying property can be a very stressful time, and so she always strives to bring buyers and sellers together, and to make it a pleasurable experience for all, and she works tirelessly to achieve this. She is organised, focused and pragmatic. Originally from Indiana, Patty holds an Undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology, and a Master’s degree in Audiology. After living on the east side of the island for over 14 years, and through her affiliation with her husband’s dive resort, Ocean Frontiers Ltd., she has immeasurable contacts and knowledge in the north and east districts of Grand Cayman.
