CIREBA
Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokerage Association (CIREBA) was founded on 20th May, 1987. CIREBA is the only Brokerage Association in the Cayman Islands. The main goal of CIREBA was to create standardized practices for the benefit of clients and their properties. Standardizing things like commission, business forms and code of ethics, not only makes it easy for members to work with each other, it is a benefit to you the client.
MLS
In the
Cayman Islands all members of CIREBA use what is called the Multi-Listing System (MLS). All members of CIREBA have access to this network of listings, and they input new listings into the system when they come in. There is great benefit with a system like this because when you list with one agent all other agents on the island have access to see that your property has been listed, and in turn your agent has access to all other properties listed on the island.
