Watersports
If watersports are what you crave, then Grand Cayman is the perfect place for you! Although the Cayman Islands are world renowned for its amazing diving and snorkeling sites,  these are not the only activities one can take advantage of while living here or while on vacation. With several water sport rental companies located directly on Seven Mile Beach, you can enjoy activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, fishing, kayaking and much more.
Jet Skiing
Indulge your need for speed with these small watercrafts which are readily available for rent at various locations throughout Seven Mile Beach. Life jacket and gasoline are included in all rentals. All you need to bring is your sense of excitement!
Parasailing
Enjoy a soothing breeze and a bird's eye view of the various locations, beautiful beaches and spectacular reefs that the Cayman Islands have to offer, while being tugged along by a speedboat. You can go alone or enjoy it with a friend. All necessary equipment is supplied and advanced reservations are generally required for both.
Waterskiing and wakeboarding
Skip across the water and weave over and around an exhilarating wake as a speedboat tows you along the beachside. Lessons are offered for beginners and intermediates alike, and all gear and equipment is included in the rentals.
Kayaking
Enjoy a relaxing trip up and down the beach in these self powered watercrafts. With calm waters, kayaking is made simple here in Cayman and is an ideal way to spend an afternoon and enjoy the magical sunsets.
Other unique activities include submarine and helicopter tours, which are sure to offer spectacular views of both above and below the water, and horseback swimming, where you can ride bareback through calm clear waters; an experience truly unlike any other.
Though many activities such as these can take place on Seven Mile Beach, there are several other excellent locations to enjoy in the water. Two notables include The Cayman Wall, which provides divers with miles and miles of vertical diving and Cemetery Beach is renowned for its outstanding reefs and vast array of aquatic life.
