ABOUT BASIA

Basia holds real estate licences in Florida and in the Cayman Islands, where she is based. Originally from Poland, Basia practiced as a realtor in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami and Aventura, Florida for five years, and moved to the Cayman Islands in 2010, where she now resides with her husband. Basia has tremendous experience as a buy-side agent, is detail-orientated, hard-working and responsive, and an innovative negotiator. She speaks English, Polish and Russian. Her international background and business experience brings an broad world view to her customers’ real estate experience.

Basia says she is always excited to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Her passion for interior design, architecture, arts and luxury markets makes Sotheby’s a perfect match for her to pursue her career.

A busy lady when not working with clients, Basia’s hobbies include cooking, baking, watching movies, practicing yoga and meditation, swimming and taking spinning classes. She also loves reading a good book in a hammock. Travelling is a passion for Basia, particularly by bicycle. She says travelling keeps her inspired, by exposing her to new places and people. She enjoys learning about the different ways that people live and takes pleasure in tasting authentic food from all over the world.

Basia strongly believes that honesty and loyalty are two of the most important values in life and she likes to describe herself as energetic, positive and happy. She is happiest when celebrating a closing with her clients.
