Cocoplum is located towards the southern end of Seven Mile Beach within comfortable walking distance of Grand Cayman's capital George Town. Set back off the main West Bay Road on a quiet street called Snooze Lane Grapetree offers owners peace and tranquility and although the sand on this section of the beach is not the best that Seven Mile Beach has to offer it gives an affordable price point for one the finest beaches in the world. Grapetree is very close to Queen's Court Plaza home to restraurants such as Thai Orchid and Fidel Murphy's which also offers a popular bar.
